  2. How long is the iSMS Australia valid for?
    A: iSMS Australia credits are valid for 1 year from the date of purchase. However, we will help you to extend additional 1 year accordingly. If you need further assistance in extending the validity period, feel free to contact us HERE or call us at +604 642 0621 once it is expired.

  3. What is the difference between short code & long code?
    A: Short Code is a 5-digit mobile number whereas Long Code is a random mobile number which allows customer reply.

  4. Where can I check my customer replies?
    A: You may check it through e-mail, SMS Reply History and receive reply via SMS. However, you till be charged 1 credit for each reply.

  5. How can I write long message and count the character?
    A: You will just need to click on the long message, characters will be counted automatically.

  6. Why does the address book not allow 2 persons with the same mobile numbers? Also, why can't we send birthday greetings twice?
    A: The address book is set to allow unique mobile numbers only and duplication is not accepted. Under the service policy of Bulk SMS Australia, Birthday Greetings can only be sent 1 year once in order to prevent your message from being spammed.

    A: Yes. You may use the remaining expired credits after reloading new credits.

  2. Let's say the number that I sent SMS to, is not in service or has been terminated or not delivered due to some reasons, would my SMS credits still be deducted?
    A: We will charge every SMS based on each submission. However, invalid number format will not be charged. It will be shown as undelivered number in our SMS History Report.

  3. Can iSMS Australia credits be shared among others?
    A: Yes. Go to "Edit Sub Account" to add sub account and you will be able to control the credit limits allocated to each sub account.

  4. How can we make payment via PayPal?
    A: Any questions please call to PayPal in which the contact number is listed in the Purcahse Credits Page.

  5. How can we change to short code?
    A: Go to "Edit Profile". Then, click the "Number Masking". Every update will be charged 10 SMS credits. But, it is a one-time charge only.

  6. What happens if system error occurred during composing SMS?
    A: Please do not refresh the page. Just close your web browser and log into the system again from the main page. After that, check your history.

  7. Can we copy & paste message from MS Words file?
    A: Please do not copy & paste from MS Words file as it may contain invalid characters. SMS will not be sent once the invalid characters is detected.

  8. How long does it take to activate the iSMS Australia account?
    A: With immediate effect (during working hours)
